Refund Policy

What this policy covers

This policy applies to Authr Plus purchases made through Paddle on authr.app. For these purchases, Paddle is our authorized reseller and merchant of record: Paddle handles payments and issues refunds.

Full refund within 14 days

We offer a full refund if you request it within 14 calendar days after your payment. This applies to every payment, including your first payment and each subscription renewal.

You do not need to give a reason. You can receive a full refund even if you have used the service, including Authr AI. We do not deduct usage costs or refund fees.

After this period, you can still request a refund where applicable law gives you that right.

How to request a refund

  • Visit Paddle buyer support and select “Request refund”, or use the support link in your Paddle receipt.
  • You can also email support@authr.app. We will arrange the refund with Paddle. A request sent to us within the 14-day period qualifies even if processing takes longer.
  • Include the email address used for the purchase and the transaction or order number, if available. Do not send your password or full payment card details.

Paddle issues refunds to the original payment method where possible. The time for funds to appear depends on your payment provider.

Canceling your subscription

To stop future payments, use the “Manage subscription” link in your Paddle receipt or contact Paddle buyer support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and prevents further renewal charges.

Canceling a subscription does not automatically refund a payment. To receive a refund, submit a refund request as described above.

This policy adds to your rights under applicable consumer law and does not limit them. For purchases through Paddle, the Paddle Buyer Terms and Paddle Refund Policy also apply. Our full-refund guarantee above gives you additional rights.
