Feedback

Send a bug report, a feature request, or a support request right from inside the app — no website, no email needed.

You can send feedback anonymously: no account required. With an account, your reports are associated with it.

Where to find it

  • The feedback item in the app (the message icon).
  • The app menu → HelpFeedback...

What you send

Attach log No The recent log lines, with personal paths removed

App and system diagnostics — your app version and operating system — are attached automatically so a bug can actually be fixed.

Privacy

Your manuscript is never included in a report. None of your prose, titles, synopses, or wiki content goes out with feedback or diagnostics — unless you explicitly attach something yourself.

The diagnostics that are sent (app version, operating system) travel under a visible privacy note. The recent log is attached only if you tick the attach-log option, and personal file paths are stripped from it first.
